12 more hours in a day would be nice but it isn’t going to happen.  So we need to deal with reality here my friend.

We can’t conjure up more time, but what we can do is make the most out of the time that we do have.

    I firmly believe in step 1. I try to do it daily, but it ends up being 3x/week.
    Step 3 is going to be a great inclusion to my routine!
