One of the most common emails I get are emails asking me to help you get past a workout plateau, how to get motivated to workout and eat healthy but more specifically it targets wanting to get involved in one of my monthly challenge groups.

However, one of the common objection I get is ” I don’t have the money”.  I completely understand, because I have been in that situation before. I have had to choose between my fitness goals and my bills. I’ll let you guess which one always won.

What I found was that it was less about having the money and more about managing the money I currently had. Once I learned how to do that, I found that I had the money to pay  my bills AND invest in the tools that would propel me towards my fitness goals.

So what I have done is put together a 5 week Total Money Makeover Bootcamp, designed to teach you the basics of money management to help you start reaching your financial goals so you can begin making those fitness  goals your PRIORITY.
