One of the most common emails I get are emails asking me to help you get past a workout plateau, how to get motivated to workout and eat healthy but more specifically it targets wanting to get involved in one of my monthly challenge groups.
However, one of the common objection I get is ” I don’t have the money”. I completely understand, because I have been in that situation before. I have had to choose between my fitness goals and my bills. I’ll let you guess which one always won.
What I found was that it was less about having the money and more about managing the money I currently had. Once I learned how to do that, I found that I had the money to pay my bills AND invest in the tools that would propel me towards my fitness goals.
So what I have done is put together a 5 week Total Money Makeover Bootcamp, designed to teach you the basics of money management to help you start reaching your financial goals so you can begin making those fitness goals your PRIORITY.
For 5 weeks you will get a new video from me that will be uploaded to youtube. Each video will contain a new tip that will build upon the one before until you have the tools you need to start telling your money where to go.
The reason I am uploading these videos to Youtube is because I want everyone to benefit from them but I will be offering additional support to anyone who wants it in a VIP Facebook Group. All you have to do is request me as a friend and join the group using the link below. Invite a Friend to join you!!!

Getting paid bi-weekly and managing to have the money to pay the bills and loans on time.
I used to get paid monthly and I actually loved it because I would pay all my bills at the beginning of the month and would know exactly how much I would have left over. A lot of companies will let you select your billing dates. I would try to call them and see if you can get your due dates changed to coincide with your paychecks. They will be more than happy to do it, especially if it means you will always pay them on time.
I spend money on non essential things and I took out a loan for a friend that I am paying back 🙁
I am so sorry to hear that. I had a similar situation happen to me with a family member. When it comes to friends and families sometimes you have to loan without the guarantee of getting paid pay. So its best to know that ahead of time or not get into that situation because you know that ahead of time. I say you really need to get a hold on your spending. I think these next few videos will really help you with your non essential spending habits.
