How does the thought of never having to diet ever again sound to you?

To me it sounds pretty amazing and in fact it is what I have been dabbling in for the past few months.  This concept of intuitive eating.

The first time the concept of intuitive eating entered my hemisphere was when I was dealing with the after math of being on a restrictive way of eating.  In my research I came across a book called Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribule and Elyse Resch.

The whole concept behind intuitive eating is having a healthy relationship with food, exercise and your body.  A concept I teach in my 21 Day Self Love + Body Confidence Challenge.

Our society is so obsessed with food and this diet culture that we literally have forgotten how to listen to our body and eat normally.
