Last week’s post about healthy living laid that foundation down for me.

Today, I am sharing with you 2 things you need to do in order to begin living a healthy lifestyle and 3 things to help you stay motivated once you’ve started.

I know these tips may seem simple and it’s because they are.  Too many people like to over complicate this whole healthy living thing.

If you just take it back to basics–you’ll do just fine.

Find a workout partner.  Reach out to your friends, boyfriend, husband and ask them to join you on a run later this week.
