With nursing school finals around the corner I don’t have the time to get too crazy with my nutrition or workouts.

I often find myself in situations where life gets really busy and I don’t have the time to worry about when my next meal is going to be or how many calories I ate today or what my workout will be this evening.

A while ago this would have stressed me out beyond belief but today, its no biggie. I have developed 5 strong habits that keep me on track in with my healthy lifestyle.

These habits all center around balance in your health journey and they make sticking to the plan and having a fit body that much easier.
